Easter Monday Drive.

On Easter Monday four turm outs set off from Berriewood Farm for a drive. Russell Hand brought team of greys, Felicity Stubbs and Jennifer Marron brought their black pony cobs and Edith Hochenhull her Welsh Sec. B pony.

We had three routes to choose from, some longer, some shorter. All have lovely views of The Wrekin, the south Shropshire hills Lawley, Dawley and Caradoc and the ancient ridge of Long Mynd. These were not always visible, because, as well as sunshine we had driving rain threatening to turn to hail.

Afterwards we enjoyed a picnic lunch in the shelter of the covered school.
